Samuel Paul Froese, is my younger brother he is 16 and is unemployed. Where to start with this awesome guy. I will start with some more recent memories. Over the past couple of years (I would say about 3), I have seen this young man grow into an amazing man of God. Last year he went to Pembina Valley Bible Camp to attend the MTT or ministry training team session. When he came back he told us about the ways he was challenged and the ways he grew during those 2 weeks.
After this time at PVBC, you could tell he had truly grown. One awesome example I remember was a time he evangelised to someone he didn’t even know in our hometown. He was hanging out with one of his friends in town and decided to check out the skate park that was under construction (he is into biking). When they got there they noticed that some of the workers were still there. They then decided that it would be cool to go get them some slushies as a thank you for building the skate park. So off they went to get the slushies and when they returned the workers had left. 😦 so they sat across the road and drank the slushies. After a while one of the workers returned and was testing out the ramps and grinds and other biking things(I’m not to educated in biking terms). They decided to bring a slushie to him even though by this time it was mostly melted. The guy freely accepted the slushie and allowed them to test out the skate park a little. During the time that they were there they got the chance to learn about this guy and got some time to talk to him about Jesus! My brother is much braver than me because I have a hard time talking to random people.
I am excited to see where life will take Samuel and will continue to support him, because he is one of my best friends.
